"I fell in love with photography many years ago while at an alternative high school in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.  The camera connects my brain and my emotions.  It makes me stop and look.  And listen.   Taking great pictures requires being immersed in your surroundings, and a super sensitivity to the nature of place.  In those moments I feel the incredible joy of pursuing my passion............ I also love dogs and cupcakes."
